Head Chef Francis Law is a celebrated Cantonese cook and dim sum expert, honing his skills at Macau’s legendary Ting Tai Fung.

Law’s menu consists of regional Northern Chinese cuisine with Sichuan and Hunan influences. His signature dishes include Ruby prawn dumplings in a beetroot dough, Dan Dan noodles and a variety of Jiaozi dumplings.

Lakeside shoppers can expect some brand new editions to the menu including BBQ pork rice with chef’s special soya sauce and house braised egg.
